The purpose of the positions is to support the nursing staff by providing professional and efficient patient care.<\/p>\n<p><b>CRITICAL OUTPUTS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To maintain ethical and quality nursing care at all times.<\/li>\n<li>To function as part of a team under supervision of a registered nurse.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure economical usage of stock and equipment to prevent wastage.<\/li>\n<li>To record all interactions and interventions with patients on the appropriate documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Nursing staff and Medical professionals as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>REQUIREMENTS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12<\/li>\n<li>Careworker Certificate<\/li>\n<li>Minimum two years experience as a Careworker<\/li>\n<li>Care of the elderly or similar experience is required<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read, write and communicate well<\/li>\n<li>Able to carry out instructions consistently and work within a multi-disciplinary team<\/li>\n<li>Be prepared to work day, night and flexi shifts according to the operational requirements of the unit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>\nIf your personal purpose is aligned to our purpose and your values fit in with our value system, please apply.
