Full Job Description<\/h2>\n
\nSupport management managers and executives with daily administrative tasks
\nPlan meetings and take detailed minutes.
\nExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
\nAnswer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people.
\nSchedule appointments and update calendar
\nFully integrate yourself into the company’s services and offerings.
\nCompose and type regular correspondence, like reports, minutes, invitations, and informative material.
\nDevelop and maintain a filing system.
\nCreate spreadsheets and presentations.
\nProvide statistical and budget reports.
\nGreet and provide general support to visitors.
\nDevelop, implement, and improve office functions and procedures.
\nMust be able to work independently.
\nFully knowledgeable about all social media platforms
\nRequirements and skills
\nProven work experience as a senior administrative assistant, virtual assistant or executive administrative assistant
\nIn-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\nStrong organisational and planning skills
\nProficiency and Hand-on experience in and with MS Office
\nWorking knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\nStrong organisational and time-management skills
\nMatric, certificate\/diploma in computer studies and office administration; additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be a plus.<\/div>\n
