They are typically undertaken by students and graduates looking to gain relevant skills and experience in a particular field.<\/div><\/div>\n<p>The SEF Graduate Programme is a 12 month training and development programme aimed at recent graduates with a commitment to the elimination of poverty and a passion for changing the world.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Successful candidates will be in a 6 month rotational programme, which will give them the opportunity to acquire hands-on experience in all the departments of the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During the second half of the Graduate Programme, the successful candidates will be assigned to one of the departments, based on their professional interests and the organisation\u2019s needs. This will assure relevant practical exposure to a specific department and allow the candidate to strengthen applicable and useful skills to cover future roles within the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree or Advanced Diploma in:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Social Sciences,<\/li>\n<li>Business Administration,<\/li>\n<li>Economics,<\/li>\n<li>Bcom Commerce,<\/li>\n<li>Development Studies,<\/li>\n<li>Statistics,<\/li>\n<li>Auditing,<\/li>\n<li>Human Resources,<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor of Science,<\/li>\n<li>International Relations<\/li>\n<li>IT.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a South African not more than 35 years old<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Passion for and commitment to poverty alleviation;
