Founded in 2006 by a team of very passionate people, the\u00a0<\/span>Friends of Design A<\/span>cademy\u00a0<\/span>of Digital Arts\u00a0<\/span>officially opened its doors in 2007. Since that first day, we\u2019ve been committed to exceptional education standards, and enjoy national and international industry accreditation, as well as\u00a0<\/span>recognition as a<\/span>\u00a0centre of Higher Education registered with the Department of Higher Education.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
Throughout the years,\u00a0<\/span>the Academy of Digital Arts<\/span>\u00a0has attracted staff and students from around the globe. This international network keeps our finger on the pulse of global trends and we constantly update our techniques and technology to keep our students\u00a0<\/span>at<\/span>\u00a0the\u00a0<\/span>forefront<\/span>\u00a0of\u00a0<\/span>the ever-evolving digital arts<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
The Academy of Digital Arts Professional is\u00a0<\/span>an integral<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>part<\/span>\u00a0of\u00a0<\/span>the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>wider<\/span>\u00a0Friends of Design\u00a0<\/span>tribe<\/span>, which<\/span>\u00a0includes:\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
Being involved in all aspects of both the industry, and the education realm, enables\u00a0<\/span>Academy of Digital Arts Professional<\/span>\u00a0to\u00a0<\/span>create<\/span>\u00a0a uniquely\u00a0<\/span>well-<\/span>rounded educational experience\u00a0<\/span>for<\/span>\u00a0our delegates.<\/span><\/p>\n
In fact, a huge part of our teaching philosophy at the Academy of Digital Arts is to bridge the gap between education and the industry.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
To help us do this, we partner with numerous creative organisations, exhibitions, companies and educational departments to help develop our students\u2019 skills, expose them to future contacts and opportunities, and help drive conversation and ongoing growth within our creative community.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
We also leverage our own industry experience to design courses that meet the current needs of the workplace and prepare our students to embrace future trends and technologies coming down the pipeline.
