3 to 5 years of experience in the laboratory\/medical device industry<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience in Total Quality Management System Course<\/li>\n<li>Must have practiced\/maintained ISO 9001 &amp; ISO 13485 QMS System<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Duties include<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Maintain the Quality Management System<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure Medical and QMS is up to date \u2013 both in soft and hard copy<\/li>\n<li>Initiates populate, investigate, and manage Customer Complaint Register PCA register with new PCAs and follow up on outstanding PCAs raised internally and externally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Document &amp; Record Control<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review, update, and create SOPs\/SFs\/WIs within the QMS when necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Training<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create training presentations relating to QMS principles<\/li>\n<li>Provide the necessary training to Medical and Steri Solutions SA staff as per the Training schedule when the need arises or as per training schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Maintaining Approved Supplier List<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the Approved Supplier\u2019s List is updated with the relevant information<\/li>\n<li>Completion of the QMS documentation when evaluating and approving Suppliers at Management Meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Conduct Internal Inspections<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify the various sections that need inspection in a 12-month period<\/li>\n<li>Create an internal inspection register<\/li>\n<li>Raise PCAs and follow up on their investigation and closure with the appropriate evidence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualification<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric \/ Grade12<\/li>\n<li>Diploma or Degree in Microbiology\/Pharmaceutical Sciences or Biochemistry (Advantageous)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note the above is the minimum criteria to be considered for the position<\/p>\n<p>NB &#8211;
