\nA relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 4) will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
\nCarry out general reception and telephonic duties aligned with the professional image of the company
\nRequired to familiarize himself\/ herself with company service offering and capabilities
\nScreen calls, oversee the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail as well as corporate emails
\nManage boardroom and video conference unit booking schedule on Outlook<\/div>\n
\nAssist with admin tasks and general administration
\nAssist with ordering office supplies; stationery, groceries, courier services
\nHousekeeping duties; general facilities and maintenance
\nEfficient assistance with tender procedures and tender compilation.<\/p>\n
\nSelf-motivated, self-starter and comfortable to perform team work
\nGood communication skills<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
