\nExceptional phone etiquette and attention to detail
\nIdeal candidate will report to our Listings Manager and deal directly with clients and company resources\/professionals
\nGood time management and organization skills and be a team player as sometime other duties may be requested of him or him, depending on the work volumes and other department volumes
\nOur Junior Administrative Clerk is one of the faces of our organization, and therefore should have good people and communication skills in order to best work with our clients
\nAssume responsibility for booking photo shoots for clients – by contacting client and managing photographer diaries
\nMaintain listing and photography reports for the department
\nUndertake basic email and administrative tasks
\nCoordinate communication between various departments and streamline management of tasks and processes
\nAnswer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
\nAd hoc day-to-day admin<\/p>\n
\nHigher learning diploma or equivalency favourable
\nPrevious experience with administrative duties in the property industry would be advantageous
\nDetail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
\nStrong phone etiquette
\nStrong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
