Propel your career to new heights and apply before 31 May! Take the challenge, join Africa&#8217;s largest brewer!<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for the best of the best graduates or soon-to-be graduates to enter our Challenge, join a team, find solutions to business problems using real business data, and present in front of SAB&#8217;s executives. Top Finalists will have the opportunity to join our coverted Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Programme for 2025.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Key Roles and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Graduates should expect the following during their first 12 months:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-4 month rotations, with each experience aligned to our three strategic pillars.<\/li>\n<li>Ideally in Marketing, Sales or Tech, and Supply \/ Logistics Projects within these rotations that expand knowledge and work on actual business challenges in each of these core functions.<\/li>\n<li>Cheers! Festival (Global Induction) where GMTs will hear about our company strategy firsthand from our most senior leaders, and network with peers.<\/li>\n<li>Access to global GMT alumni database.<\/li>\n<li>Potential for experiences in different locations across zone (mobility within zone required)<\/li>\n<li>Formal mentoring &amp; access to unique zone L&amp;D curricula<\/li>\n<li>Unique exposure opportunities with senior leaders<\/li>\n<li>Placement in a front-line position upon completion of the program (openness to ambiguous career track)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have completed undergrad (STEM discipline preferred) .i.e\u00a0STEM refers to qualifications which fall under Science, Technology, Engineering or\u00a0Mathematics<\/li>\n<li>Must be a South African citizen<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English<\/li>\n<li>Full mobility.
