• Registration forms are to be completed in black ink.<\/li>\n
• Please provide correct and valid information, especially the cell numbers of students and parents\/guardians (s).<\/li>\n
• Completed registration form and payment form (signed by parent\/guardian & student) for College and Hostel (if applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Address of students during studies.<\/li>\n
  • Copy of deposit slip.<\/li>\n

    Student\u2019s ID<\/p>\n

    Proof of marital status of married divorced or widowed<\/p>\n

    Parent\u2019s\/guardian(s) ID<\/p>\n

    ID of each family member in a household<\/p>\n

    Salary slips of both parents\/guardian(s) or affidavit stating income(s).<\/p>\n

    Proof of residential address of parent\/guardian(s).<\/p>\n

    If parents\/guardians are deceased \u2013 supply a death certificate<\/p>\n

    Statement of results of new students<\/p>\n

    A place in your course of preference is not guaranteed. All students must do a placement test. The result will determine whether you qualify for a specific course. Career guidance will be offered to each individual after the test.<\/p>\n
