All Eligible and Interested applicants may apply online for this opportunity before the application deadline-closing date.<\/p>\n NOTE:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Application Deadline: Ongoing<\/em><\/p>\n The Artist Protection Fund (APF)<\/strong>\u00a0is an initiative of the Institute of International Education, sponsored by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. The APF makes fellowship grants to threatened artists from any field of practice, and places them at host institutions in safe countries where they can continue their work and plan for their futures.<\/p>\n As we monitor the impact of COVID-19 and its effects on communities worldwide, IIE-APF continues to closely work with and provide support to fellows, alumni and host-partners. IIE-APF remains committed to providing safe-haven, support and creative opportunities to threatened and displaced artists.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n Artists from any country and artistic discipline may qualify. Applications are reviewed for artistic merit, the quality\/potential of the applicant\u2019s work, and the severity of the threats that the applicant faces.
