It is usually awarded to enable a student to attend school, university, or college when they might not be able to, otherwise. Some awards are aimed at encouraging specific groups or individuals into the study.<\/p>\n<p>The SAIBPP Bursary Fund was created to enable access to tertiary education for aspiring and current students with financial need who are pursuing full-time studies in property or related studies. The bursary includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full tuition and registration fees for 1 (one) year (conditional renewal up to 4 years)<\/li>\n<li>Full accommodation in students residence administered by the university or an approved out of residence accommodation allowance, as determined by SAIBPP for an alternate accommodation<\/li>\n<li>Book allowance in an amount equivalent to the cost of any essential prescribed books required by the applicant in each academic year upon documentary proof from the Institution of their costs and that they prescribed and essential (up to maximum amount).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bursaries will only be allocated for studies in commercial property-related qualifications as listed below;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc Property Studies<\/li>\n<li>BSc Real Estate<\/li>\n<li>BSc Property Development<\/li>\n<li>BCom Honours Property Valuation and Management<\/li>\n<li>National Diploma Real Estate<\/li>\n<li>Finance (BCom) (majoring in Property Valuation and Management)<\/li>\n<li>Property Valuation and Management (BCom)<\/li>\n<li>Property Management (BSC)<\/li>\n<li>Property Studies (BSC)<\/li>\n<li>Real Estate (BSc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>About\u00a0<span class=\"st\">The South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP)<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP) is a South African-based non-pro\ufb02t professional association tasked with advocating for and facilitating transformation within the property sector and the built environment. Now in its 24lh year of existence.
