It is usually awarded to enable a student to attend school, university, or college when they might not be able to, otherwise. Some awards are aimed at encouraging specific groups or individuals into the study.<\/p>\n
WeThinkCode\u00a0is a free programming and coding course which aims to solve programmer\/developer scarcity in South Africa.\u00a0Students learn to use coding as a tool to solve problems in a peer-oriented environment as well as\u00a0use relevant data in order to solve problems. Peer-oriented environment lets students evaluate and review each other\u2019s work in order to provide feedback for improvement. Students will also gain 8-months work-experience during their studies. The institution also provide MICT SETA NQF Level 5 certification.<\/p>\n
WeThinkCode Bursary Application Details 2022\/2023<\/h2>\n
WeThinkCode offers programming and coding studies completely free without any previous coding experience requirements as well as Matric being optional. Students are required to study full time 8 \u2013 10 hours due to intensity of the curriculum. Complete and pass 1st step of application at\u00a0 https:\/\/apply.wethinkcode.co.za\/users\/sign_up<\/a>.\u00a0Online application result will be given to applicant within 24 hours after completing the online application process.<\/p>\n
Those who passed the online application, will be invited to attend the institution\u2019s 4-week selection Bootcamp. The candidate will be assessed based on programming ability, attitude, resilience and the ability to solve problems.<\/p>\n
Top candidates from the Bootcamp will be selected to join WeThinkCode for a full-time two year training course.<\/p>\n
