SAMRC Internships Programme Application Details 2022<\/h2>\n

The South African Medical Research Council is looking for candidates for thei Internship Scholarship Programme in relevant fields.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The SAMRC Internship Scholarship Programme is for\u00a0Masters and PhD Scholarships for Clinical\/Health Research.<\/p>\n

The SAMRC Internship Scholarship Programme has been restructured to be in line with all other post graduate scholarship programmes offered by the SAMRC. The objective of the SAMRC Internship Scholarship Programme remains primarily to transform the composition of the country\u2019s health and clinical research human capital to be more representative of the face and demographics of the nation.<\/p>\n

Within the context of the SAMRC, the SAMRC Internship Scholarship Programme is specifically designed to open up an opportunity to develop Black Scientists i.e. African Black, Colored, Indian and Asian scientists through mainly PhD degree, and in compelling cases master\u2019s degree studies. Preference will be given to candidates registered for a doctoral degree in strategic and\/or emerging research areas.<\/p>\n

The purpose of this particular Request for Applications (RFA) is to facilitate and promote increase in number of black scientists with specialized skills in the following research fields:<\/p>\n
