National leader in centralized warehousing for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) requires an FMCG Warehouse Operations Administrator based in Samrand \/Louwlardia<\/p>\n
Only incumbents with FMCG Warehousing Experience will be considered for this position<\/p>\n
Key to this position will be the following:<\/b>
\nEnsuring that all-sufficient and correct supporting documents are available to substantiate all entries in the warehouse management system this includes proof of deliveries and credits.<\/p>\n
Assist and controlling of stock movement, recording, and monitoring thereof.<\/p>\n
Assist with and control inventory reconciliations in accordance with company policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy of the warehouse management system and other principal systems.<\/p>\n
Plan, action and control the driver shorts debt collection process for the company as well as third party distributors and transporters through a centralised system in order to maximise recoveries on stock shortages and damages.<\/p>\n
Customer-orientated in resolving any stock or administrative queries.<\/p>\n
Ad-hoc quality checks.<\/p>\n
Compiling performance statistics for sub-departments and monitoring of such.<\/p>\n
Controller function for the processing, general admin, document control, and debriefing departments<\/p>\n
The minimum requirement for this position<\/p>\n
Grade 12 with Clear Criminal Record<\/p>\n
the willingness to compete a Polygraph Assessment<\/p>\n
at least 3 years relevant FMCG Warehouse Operations Admin experience<\/p>\n
Experience in Warehouse Management Systems<\/p>\n
Own reliable transport<\/p>\n
