Main Purpose of the Job<\/b><\/h3>\n
Pam Golding Properties (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Rental Administrator who is self-motivated, independent and mature to accurately administrate all rental documentation, payments and tenant placing of each property in accordance with the South Africa legislation for all landlords in order to provide a premium service to all our clients based on our vast knowledge of the property market and great insight of the needs of our clients.<\/h3>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/h3>\n
\u2022 Check bank statements every morning and allocate funds. \u2022 Allocate foreign funds. \u2022 Unallocated funds to CT. \u2022 TPN checks. \u2022 Type out Input forms, leases, invoices and statements for agents. \u2022 Typing out annexures to lease agreements. \u2022 Type out Renewal extensions, input forms and invoices for landlords. \u2022 Assist agents with enquiries. \u2022 Assist Rental manager with enquiries. \u2022 Forward all new leases with relevant documentations to CT. \u2022 Forward all renewal extension to CT. \u2022 Capture new leases on the New Data Base. \u2022 Capture new leases on the Weekly Minutes. \u2022 Open files for all new leases. \u2022 Welcome letters to Landlords and Tenants. \u2022 Allocated \u2013 No docs for CT. \u2022 Assist agents on Alchemy. \u2022 Following up on Fica. \u2022 Following up on arrear commission. \u2022 Following up on extensions and commission thereon. \u2022 Assist with \u2018no document\u2019 queries. \u2022 Assisting with maintenance when maintenance administrator is not available. \u2022 Assisting with overflow of managed properties.<\/h3>\n
Key Competencies<\/b><\/h3>\n

Education & Experience<\/b><\/h3>\n
\u2022 Matric \/ Grade 12 \u2022 Diploma or degree in finance or accounting preferred – Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a Rental Administration in particular doing reconciliations and reporting<\/h3>\n
Knowledge & Skills Required<\/b><\/h3>\n
\u2022 Knowledge of the FICA, in relation to leasing of Properties. \u2022 Knowledge of property industry specifically working with managed properties \u2022 Good financial acumen on what calculations need to be prepared to complete such agreements and their management.<\/h3>\n
