Administrator who is self-motivated, independent and mature to accurately administrate all rental documentation, payments and tenant placing of each property in accordance with the South Africa legislation for all landlords in order to provide a premium service to all our clients based on our vast knowledge of the property market and great insight of the needs of our clients.<\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"jobSectionHeader\"><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/h3>\n<h3>\u2022 Check bank statements every morning and allocate funds. \u2022 Allocate foreign funds. \u2022 Unallocated funds to CT. \u2022 TPN checks. \u2022 Type out Input forms, leases, invoices and statements for agents. \u2022 Typing out annexures to lease agreements. \u2022 Type out Renewal extensions, input forms and invoices for landlords. \u2022 Assist agents with enquiries. \u2022 Assist Rental Manager with inquiries. \u2022 Forward all new leases with relevant documentations to CT. \u2022 Forward all renewal extension to CT. \u2022 Capture new leases on the New Data Base. \u2022 Capture new leases on the Weekly Minutes. \u2022 Open files for all new leases. \u2022 Welcome letters to Landlords and Tenants. \u2022
