Job Description<\/span><\/h3>\nPost Designation:<\/b><\/h2>\n\n- Administration (SL5).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Post Description:<\/b><\/h2>\n\n- Capture learner\u2019s enrolment information on ITS system;<\/li>\n
- Changing of subjects and other learner information;<\/li>\n
- Cancellation of learner registration or subjects;<\/li>\n
- Assist lecturers with ITS during enrolment;<\/li>\n
- Printing of progress reports;<\/li>\n
- Capture test and year marks as well as attendance of learners;<\/li>\n
- Copying and binding of documents;<\/li>\n
- Dealing with telephone queries and supplying relevant information to staff members, students and the public;<\/li>\n
- Record, organize, store, capture and retrieve information related to work;<\/li>\n
- All other office administrative duties as required and delegated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Minimum requirements:<\/b><\/h2>\n\n- N Diploma: Management Assistant;<\/li>\n
- 2 \u2013 5 year’s related experience;<\/li>\n
- Driver\u2019s license will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
