If you have the potential for management and you would like to enhance your career by developing your skills, this is the position for you.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><b>Job Functions<\/b><\/div>\n<div>Operations,Site Manager<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><b>Industries<\/b><\/div>\n<div>Cleaning &amp; Hygiene Solutions<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><b>Specification<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>Job Specification<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and coordinate all operational functions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that Ecowize delivers a food-safe site.<\/li>\n<li>Attend monthly meetings with the Area Manager to discuss all aspects of the site such as progress reports, client feedback and team performance, aggregate hygiene reports, and budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Use information obtained at the site to complete inspections, micros, audits, and customer feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Be accountable for the root cause analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct and report meetings with Supervisors and Team Leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Managing of site budgets including stock control and monitoring of equipment, consumables, and uniforms. Compile a monthly financial report on the income (profit) and expenditure of the site.<\/li>\n<li>Complete Operational documentation and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize and maintain operational machinery, equipment, and technology.<\/li>\n<li>Address staff issues with the supervisors and liaise with the HR department.<\/li>\n<li>Manage individuals and team performance and identify any areas of improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the workplace\u2019s climate and culture and maintain a healthy work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Coach and mentor staff and continuously develop their skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that timesheets and staff rosters are completed and stored.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all Safety and Security policies and procedures are adhered to.<\/li>\n<li>Make any recommendations to improve the process and maintenance of systems.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver on customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure internal audits and follow-up audits are conducted.<\/li>\n<li>Draft compliance reports for the various sites.<\/li>\n<li>Raising non \u2013 conformances of micros out of specification and following up on NCR\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with clients and external suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Advise on any HR related queries as and when required.<\/li>\n<li>Attend weekly Operations meeting for the region.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings.<\/li>\n<li>Collate Voice Scorecard reports on a quarterly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with recruitment for the region as the need arises.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with coordinating training interventions at site level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><b>Requirements<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>Job Requirements:<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in FMCG and or cleaning industry essential.<\/li>\n<li>ND Food Technology (advantageous).<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years experience within the Food Production Industry.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in HR-related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with the Total Quality Management system would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Must have own reliable transport essential and willingness to travel.<\/li>\n<li>Good command of the English Language.<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>Attributes<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional communicator both verbally and written.<\/li>\n<li>Logical thinker as well as strategic and organized.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage and delegate tasks and duties.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding and knowledge of the cleaning industry and service orientated.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to solve problems efficiently and to be pro-active in identifying potential problems.<\/li>\n<li>Must be comfortable with the Ecowize culture and values; Respect, Honesty and Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Open Communication, and Service Excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>The Company is committed to complying with legislation and to meet its strategic goals with regard to employment equity.
