\n-Here is an exciting opportunity to join our Platinum Business as a HR Assistant – Mining Operations, you will be responsible to perform a number of integrated tasks within an HR functional system with the purpose to support the labour requirements.<\/p>\n

\nJob Description
\n-The focus for this role will be to:<\/b><\/p>\n
\n- Ensure effective Operational staffing levels as per HR Business Plan.<\/li>\n
- Audit Time and attendance information and monitor on employee attendance (at work, on leave, training, sick leave and absenteeism, long \u2013 and short shift, Overtime) and provides reports to line management.<\/li>\n
- Ensure compliant and correct implementation of labour movement requests.<\/li>\n
- Responds to all employee benefit \/ pay enquiries and administers all contract labour requests and invoices.<\/li>\n
- Conduct periodical medical scheduling and ensure regular operational site visits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
This role is in the HR department on a C1 level, reporting to the HR Officer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\nQualifications
\n-The following will be required:<\/b><\/p>\n
\n- NQF 4 Certificate in Human Resource Management\/Employee Relations (1 year).<\/li>\n
- NQF 5 Higher Certificate\/Diploma in Human Resource Management will be advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Experience required:<\/b><\/p>\n
\n- At least 1 year of experience in similar mining operations environment.<\/li>\n
- Knowledge of SAP would be advantages.<\/li>\n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n
