\nTo act as a primary contact point for HR related services to management and staff of the University.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\nJob Functions<\/b><\/div>\nAdminstration,Compliance & Regulatory Affairs,HR Manager,Human Resources,Payroll,Recruitment<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\nIndustries<\/b><\/div>\nAcademic<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\nSpecification<\/b><\/div>\nMain tasks
\n1. Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with the University requirements as well as relevant legislation
\n2. Provide HR services to management and employees within the allocated sector
\n3. General administrative duties
\nNote: CUT applies an internal parity model to determine remuneration that complies with the principle of \u201cequal pay for work of equal value\u201d. Accordingly, the preferred candidate may expect an offer that is in line with their qualifications and years of similar experience. Minimum Qualification\/ Knowledge and\/or<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n- \n
Experience<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n- \n
\n- Three-year qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology<\/li>\n
- At least three years\u2019 experience in a generalist HR environment<\/li>\n
- Working knowledge of an HR administration system<\/li>\n
- Working knowledge of applicable South African Labour Legislation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Desired Qualification, Knowledge and\/or Experience<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n- \n
\n- A Post graduate studies in Human Resources or equivalent<\/li>\n
- At least five years\u2019 experience in a generalist HR environment<\/li>\n
- Registration with SABPP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
