Advising on the management of legal risks involved in implementing the Group\u2019s business plans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage legal aspects of commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions work.<\/li>\n<li>Provide advice and opinions on legal issues and risks and refer complex or urgent matters for external advice where appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Assess legal risks associated with contractual arrangements and advise clients as to risks, strategy and potential costs as well as alternatives for successful and cost-effective achievement of commercial objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Drafting agreements and related documents as required.<\/li>\n<li>Appoint external legal service providers (both external law firms and\/or legal process outsourcing firms) and counsel (where required) to support any contracting or commercial regulatory outcome in a cost effective and efficient manner.<\/li>\n<li>Manage contracting processes for value in accordance with Group Legal SA playbooks and the Legal Project Management approach.
