Our activities include all aspects \u2013 exploration; mining; processing and blending; shipping; marketing and selling. In South Africa, we have mining operations in the Northern Cape province, as well as a head office in Centurion, Gauteng, and a port operation in Saldanha Bay, Western Cape.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"job-description-wrapper\" class=\"row job-detail-overview-row\">\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-2 col-md-offset-1 \">\n<div class=\"job-detail-overview-title-wrapper\"><span id=\"job-description-holder\">Job Description<\/span>:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-6 col-md-offset-0 \">\n<div class=\"job-detail-overview-desc-wrapper\">\n<p>Join us as our\u00a0Integrated Resource Specialist at our Kolomela Mine operations. You will be responsible for the following duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receiving and communicating multi-year Operating Master Schedule to the broader supply chain personnel<\/li>\n<li>Accessing and interpreting the SAP level 0 report (ZIRM \u2013 Remaining life report)<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating the business plan timeline for resourcing to ensure in time delivery thereof as well as highlighting any resourcing risks that are identified<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring correct resourcing for every task to be completed at the scheduled time<\/li>\n<li>Checking Resource Status Report to validate resource availability as required according to schedule<\/li>\n<li>Informing Integrated Scheduling Specialist of any resource constraints that might impact schedule<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with on-site Supply Chain counterparts regarding the tracking of deliveries<\/li>\n<li>Interacting with on-site Engineering &amp; Operations counterparts regarding the resourcing process flow as defined in OM<\/li>\n<li>Making proposals to the improve the resourcing process as required by the Operating Model theory<\/li>\n<li>Designing and Adopting appropriate Measures for effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of the resourcing process<\/li>\n<li>Putting in place enough physical and financial resources and coordinate delivery of Sustainable Mining Plan commitments relevant to discipline<\/li>\n<li>Consistently applying Health &amp; Safety principles in all team interactions and take personal responsibility for safety of self and others to ensure zero harm and elimination of fatalities<\/li>\n<li>Reporting deficiencies and implement plans to address deficiencies (HPH (High Potential Hazard) reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This role is in the General Management Department on a Band 6\u00a0and will be reporting to the Section manager \u2013 Work Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"qualifications-wrapper\" class=\"row job-detail-overview-row\">\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-2 col-md-offset-1 \">\n<div class=\"job-detail-overview-title-wrapper\"><span id=\"qualifications-holder\">Qualifications<\/span>:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-6 col-md-offset-0 \">\n<div class=\"job-detail-overview-desc-wrapper\">\n<p><strong>You will need to have the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree or B-Tech\u00a0in Industrial Engineering, Technical (Supply Chain\/Logistics) or Finance<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 &#8211; 7 years relevant experience in the Integrated Resource field<\/li>\n<li>Advanced computer literacy (SAP knowledge, Microsoft office)<\/li>\n<li>Driver license will be required to drive on mines to attend internal client engagements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"additional-information-wrapper\" class=\"row job-detail-overview-row\">\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-2 col-md-offset-1 \">\n<div class=\"job-detail-overview-title-wrapper\"><span id=\"additional-information-holder\">Additional information<\/span>:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-6 col-md-offset-0 \">\n<div class=\"job-detail-overview-desc-wrapper\">\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you join Anglo American, you can expect to enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package.
