You will champion the platform and digital transformation\u00a0within E6, and\u00a0support ongoing changes in our Distributors behaviour.<\/p>\n<p><em>To discover\u00a0more about the\u00a0new E6 Distributor Platform, click on the link in Additional Information, below.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This senior role is a part of distribution management team and reports to the Sales Director for Grits &amp; Distribution.\u00a0 Whilst our preference is for the role to be based in Ireland or the UK, we will consider applications from employees outside of these locations who match the skills and behaviours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with E6 stakeholders to simplify and digitise existing processes and create a project plan to successfully deliver these changes via the E6 platform.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the day to day management of the Distributor platform, including initial development.<\/li>\n<li>Engages with Distributors and plans their transition to the platform,\u00a0providing training &amp; troubleshooting problems as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Works closely with the IM function to deliver new features and future developments, focusing on the continued development of the platform.<\/li>\n<li>Supports Distribution Managers and Product Managers in identifying how the platform\u00a0can support growth areas of the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"qualifications-wrapper\" class=\"row job-detail-overview-row\">\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-2 col-md-offset-1 \">\n<div class=\"job-detail-overview-title-wrapper\"><span id=\"qualifications-holder\">Qualifications<\/span>:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-6 col-md-offset-0 \">\n<div class=\"job-detail-overview-desc-wrapper\">\n<p><strong>Criteria skills and behaviours<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prior Experience.\u00a0<\/strong>You will possess a broad understanding of the E6 sales process coupled with a solid understanding of Sharepoint &amp; Office 365 applications and be able to demonstrate good attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>Project Management<\/strong>.\u00a0 Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders at different levels of seniority, preferably across different geographies.
