\nJob Description:
\nThe Technical Training Manager is a 12-month role and will help deliver the Go To Market strategic project, one of the\u00a0transformational projects for E6.<\/p>\n
\nExperience working alongside Senior Leaders at E6 and exposure to the Executive Leadership Team.
\nYou will be responsible for identifying, developing, delivering, and monitoring of technical training programmes for our global Distributor network with the aim of enhancing the overall technical capabilities of our Distributors. This is fundamental to driving customer centricity by supporting our distributors to develop a basic level of training for all E6 products. This role will help E6 in maintaining\u00a0technical superiority in the marketplace by supporting a clear articulation of our products and their benefits by to\u00a0distribution network.<\/p>\n
\nIdentifies the key technology and insights to transfer to a Distributor.
\nAssesses the capability of our existing Distributors and identifies gaps in their knowledge or skills.
\nCreates and delivers individual training programmes, as required.
\nContinual monitoring of progress\u00a0 and feeds this back\u00a0into the training programme

\nBackground.\u00a0You come from an Innovation, Engineering, or Product management background with exposure to the technical capabilities of our broad product range within HPHT.
\nTraining.\u00a0Some exposure of providing technical training to internal or external stakeholders will be quite desirable.
\nProject Management.\u00a0 Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders at different levels of seniority, preferably across different geographies.
\nCustomer Centric.\u00a0 Highly motivated to bring clarity and responsiveness to customers and partners (internal and external).\u00a0 Understands the customers underlying needs and problems.
\nDecision Making.\u00a0 Makes clear, timely decisions and gives explicit and clear guidance.\u00a0 Decisions are focused on increasing or improving the company\u2019s options and are owned.
