As a Buyer&#8217;s Admin Assistant, you will be required to provide administration support to the Buying Team in all areas of the Buying process.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Performance Area and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting the Buyer with the preseason selection process.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking and giving feedback on prices, adverting and online sales activities.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting the buyers with advertising selections, samples and communication.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting the buyer in ensuring replenishment orders are agreed on with the Planner and are placed timeously as per the company strategy and range plan.<\/li>\n<li>Placing orders into the ITEM master once the selection is done.<\/li>\n<li>Doing the order confirmation and GRV comparison\/match.<\/li>\n<li>Notifying relevant parties of changes to be reflected in the Buy Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking market activity on a marketing calendar on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing supplier sample requirements when required.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in building the brand and supplier relationships by:<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the correct communication is given between the company and the supplier, as per the company standards (eg.
