\n\u2022 Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
\n\u2022 Assist surveyors with surveys of subdivisions, condominiums, development permit applications, and real property reports
\n\u2022 Assist surveyors on construction survey layout of building foundations
\n\u2022 Assist surveyors with survey facilities, layouts, piles, and grading
\n\u2022 Assist trades persons such as carpenters, bricklayers, cement finishers, roofers and glaziers in construction activities
\n\u2022 Level earth to fine-grade specifications using a rake and shovel
\n\u2022 Assist in using prying bars and other tools, and sort, clean
\n\u2022 Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment
\n\u2022 Operate hammer drill as directed
\n\u2022 Direct traffic at or near construction sites
\n\u2022 Follow safety protocol
\n\u2022 Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.<\/p>\n

Job Requirements:<\/p>\n

5 years of experience in working on industrial and commercial construction sites.<\/p>\n

Must have experience in assisting surveyors.
\n\u2022 Willing and able to travel out of town when the need arises
\n\u2022 Work is outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
\n\u2022 Experience working on industrial and commercial construction sites
\n\u2022 Experience in assisting with construction survey layout
\n\u2022 Work in various locations<\/p>\n
