AES Internship application form | How to apply.<\/strong><\/p>\n Below, are the details on AES application form, requirements, eligibility,\u00a0 qualifications needed, application guidelines, application deadline, how to apply, closing date, and other opportunities links for South Africans is published here on\u00a0Southafricaportal.com<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0as well as on the official website\/application portal.<\/p>\n The American Ethnological Society (AES) Editorial Internship Program<\/b>\u00a0application details<\/strong>\u00a0have been published here. All Eligible and Interested applicants may apply online for this opportunity before the application deadline-closing date.<\/p>\n NOTE:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Applications are open for the\u00a0American Ethnological Society (AES) Editorial Internship Program 2021\/2022. Begun in 2016, the AES Editorial Intern program is a small group composed of graduate students from universities around the world. Intern responsibilities include creative intellectual teamwork at annual conferences, on social media such as Facebook and Twitter, as well as generating new content for the AE\/AES website.<\/p>\n The goal is to expand conversations about anthropology in general, and also to share and supplement the rich body of scholarship produced in the pages of American Ethnologist. Current projects include AE author interviews, curating collections of AE articles, writing and editing online essays, contributing to AE\/AES social media accounts, and creative participation in and reporting from the annual AAA and AES meetings.<\/p>\n Each year, the Editorial Intern team meets in person at the AES spring meeting and the AAA annual meeting, or meets virtually in pandemic times. AES provides travel funds to editorial team members for these meetings.
