Welcome to the University of Johannesburg UJ\u2019s late application 2025<\/strong> enquiry system. Please note that there will be NO walks-ins allowed for late enquiries in January 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

UJ Late Online Application 2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The University of Johannesburg would like to alert you that there are individuals \/companies claiming to work for, or with the University of Johannesburg and are charging a fee to assist with late enquiries.<\/p>\n

Late enquiries are free and we caution you to not fall victim to such a scam.<\/strong><\/p>\n

UJ Late Application Closing Date 2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Anybody who wants to enquire whether UJ still has space in a particular qualification or wishes to change to another course must use the late application enquiry system<\/em><\/p>\n

Please note \u2013 Dates are subject to change.\u00a0\u00a0Only qualifications where we still have space available<\/strong>\u00a0will be available on the late enquiry system for applicants meeting the minimum entrance requirements.<\/em><\/p>\n

UJ will be conducting a final selection process after the release of the grade 12 results<\/a> and inform applicants within 5 working days officially via e-mail, and unofficially via sms<\/a>, on the outcome of their application status.<\/p>\n

Applicants are not required to visit any campus to confirm their final application status. If you have not received a sms\/e-mail within 5 working days from the release of the final grade 12 results from UJ, then please click\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0to verify your application status or call the UJ Call Centre (011 559 4555) for more information.<\/p>\n

How to Apply:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Step by step guide:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 You have to submit either your UJ student number, Grade 12 examination number or ID number and click on submit.<\/p>\n

Note:\u00a0If you already have a UJ student number you will be requested to enter your iEnabler PIN.\u00a0 If you forgot your PIN you will be re-directed to the iEnabler page.\u00a0 Enter your UJ student number and click on the request a pin button.\u00a0 Your PIN will be sent to your email address.\u00a0 Click on the back button of the browser and re-enter your student number and PIN to proceed – alternatively you can contact the UJ Call Centre at 011 559 4555.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Verify your personal details and click on\u00a0confirm<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 New\/Previous application confirmation:<\/p>\n

a)<\/strong>\u00a0If you have not applied at UJ, the system will indicate whether you qualify for any available qualification.
\nb)<\/strong>\u00a0If you have previously applied at UJ for the 2025 Academic year\u00a0the system will indicate your application status for the qualification(s) you have applied for.\u00a0 If you have a positive application status and you are happy with your\u00a0qualification choice, click on\u00a0registration information<\/em>\u00a0to get all the details regarding registrations (please note that only applicants with an admitted status will be allowed to continue with registration).\u00a0 If you are not happy with your current qualification click on the\u00a0change qualification<\/em>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Qualifications which you qualify for and still have space available will be displayed per Faculty\/College. Please select your preferred Faculty\/College.<\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A list of available qualifications within the Faculty\/College will be displayed. Select the qualification you are interested in.<\/p>\n

Step 6:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If you are happy with your selection click on\u00a0submit an enquiry<\/em>. If you are not happy with your selection click on\u00a0make a different selection<\/em>\u00a0to restart the process.<\/p>\n

Step 7:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Enter your cell phone number and click on\u00a0submit<\/em>.<\/p>\n

  • Your enquiry has now been submitted and you will receive feedback within\u00a05\u00a0working days (weekends excluded).<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Transfer (did studies at another University\/College) and Entering (did previous studies at UJ) applicants will not be taken into consideration.
