Descriptions<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>POSITION: Document Management Clerk<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\nPURPOSE OF THE JOB<\/b><\/p>\n<p>To perform all clerical duties as per processes, procedures and standards in terms of Disputes, Enforcement Administration and Litigation administration document management and control in the region<b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Job Objectives:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receiving and dispatching Disputes, Enforcement Administration and Litigation administration correspondence, documentation and post on a daily basis and keep track and record of it in order to control it,<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a credible filing system and where necessary administer the Tidy Filing system, if applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that documentation and files are up to date and filed appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Retrieving requested files and keep track of it as dispatched<\/li>\n<li>Resolve queries pertaining to filed documentation<\/li>\n<li>Scan and file electronic documentation as and where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Keep a register on excel for CCMA and Labour Court cases,<\/li>\n<li>Report system on filing challenges and recommendations on improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Typing and Language proof reading or spelling corrections, where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Essential requirements of the post<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric Certificate<\/li>\n<li>1 Year Admin Experience<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literacy<\/li>\n<li>Filing Systems knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Numeracy Skills<\/li>\n<li>Basic Report
