\n- Ensure that creditors\u2019 invoices and staff expenses are processed accurately and on time<\/li>\n
- Support the business, resolve open issues, and maintain controls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/p>\n
This is a varied role in a fast-moving global organisation. Responsibilities and priorities are likely to evolve, but the following are key to the role:<\/p>\n
Invoice capture and reconciliation<\/b><\/p>\n
\n- Daily capturing of invoices and expense claims into the ERP system<\/li>\n
- Reconciling creditors statements<\/li>\n
- Following up on outstanding items to ensure all invoices are captured on time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Payments<\/b><\/p>\n
\n- Loading new bank beneficiaries on banking platforms<\/li>\n
- Preparation and payment of foreign payments<\/li>\n
- Daily capturing of payments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Accounting<\/b><\/p>\n
\n- Ensuring that any invoices not captured at month end are accrued for<\/li>\n
- Processing of journals<\/li>\n
- Expense accruals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Other<\/b><\/p>\n
\n- Ensure that filing and record keeping is up to date<\/li>\n
- Drive continuous process improvement<\/li>\n
- Assist in other administrative and accounting work as requested<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
