Manemolla David Makhura (born 22nd February 1968) is a South African politician and the Premier of Gauteng. He is currently serving as the 6th Premier of Gauteng.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He is a member of the African National Congress and also the trustee of the\u00a0board\u00a0of the\u00a0Ahmed Kathrada Foundation.<\/p>\n

In 2014, he became the Premier of Gauteng\u00a0in 2014 after succeeding\u00a0Nomvula Mokonyane.<\/p>\n
