Executive Offices reception, overall supervison of telephones to Executive Offices, liasing with employees and<\/p>\n guest\/s where applicable.<\/p>\n 3. Assisting with general administration for Senior Managers in the Executive Offices<\/p>\n 4. Ordering and control of consumables i.e. stationery & beverages.<\/p>\n 5. General maintenance of the filing system in Executive Offices<\/p>\n 6. Preparation of minutes and agenda\u2019s of the various types meetings \u2013 i.e. HOD\u2019s, LCC, OPERATIONAL REVIEWS,<\/p>\n BOARD MEETINGS and other\/s where applicable<\/p>\n 8. Also organising and planning meetings where applicable for relevant parties whilst ensuring notes and minutes are completed<\/p>\n 7. Co-ordination and compilation of all Monthly and Quarterly Reports and Presentations.<\/p>\n 9. Reporting of faulty office equipment.<\/p>\n 10. In charge of co-ordinating meetings and diaries<\/p>\n 11. Preparation and organization of itineraries and travel arrangements for the Managers<\/p>\n 12. Also assist with monitoring a reporting manager\u2019s email and responding if required, assist in prioritizing emails for reporting manager response where applicable alternatively<\/p>\n 13. Preparing all administrative correspondences and communications on behalf of a manager<\/p>\n 14. Answering phone calls<\/p>\n 15. Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require<\/p>\n 16. Various other ad hoc requests<\/p>\n<\/div>\n 1. Grade 12\/ Matric Equivalent<\/p>\n 2. 3 \u2013 4 years secretarial experience.<\/p>\n 3. Legal secretarial experience will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n 4. Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point, Outlook, Teams, Zoom<\/p>\n 5. Typing skills is essential.<\/p>\n 6. Good inter-personal skills and communication skills<\/p>\n 7. Shorthand a definite advantage.<\/p>\n 8. Ability to work under pressure.<\/p>\n 9. Flexible and adaptability working hours will be an operational requirement.<\/p>\n 10.
