Willy Paul: Biography of Willy Paul, Age, Career, Songs & Net Worth,<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Willy Paul (born 1 September 1993) is an award-winning Kenyan artist and songwriter from Nairobi. He is the chief executive officer and founder of Saldido international entertainment.<\/strong><\/p>\n Paul was named male artist of the year at the 2013 Groove Awards alongside his mentor Gloria Muliro, who took the female artist of the year award. Some of his well-known singles are \u201cI do\u201d featuring Alaine from Jamaica, \u201d Njiwa\u201d featuring Nandy from Tanzania, \u201cHallelujah\u201d featuring Nandy, \u201cSikireti\u201d featuring Cecil from Jamaica, \u201cNobody\u201d featuring Yemi Alade from Nigeria, \u201cMmmh\u201d featuring @rayvanny from Tanzania, \u201cJigi Jigi, Kanungo, Malingo\u201d, and \u201cYou Never Know\u201d which earned him recognition and a US tour.<\/p>\n He first gained recognition after recording the song \u201cSitolia\u201d with Muliro which was an object of controversy after several claims by Willy that he was not earning much from the song because Muliro allegedly owned exclusive copyrights to the song. They settled their differences and recorded another hit song, \u201cKitanzi\u201d. In 2012, he was nominated for the Kisima Music Awards\u2019 Male Artist of the Year.<\/p>\n
