\nResponsible for inbound\/outbound telephonic communication with client base. Ensures the quality of service exceeds customer expectations and establishes constructive relationships with client base. Utilises IT system accurately and ensures that all queries are answered effectively. Refers calls to appropriate departments only if unable to solve query appropriately. Provides accurate product information to clients in line with standards and protocols. What will make you successful in this role?
\nGrade 12\/Standard 10\/NQF 4
\nRE 5 – optional
\nExposure to the broker or dealer servicing environment
\nMinimum of 2 years of broker\/dealer sales or administration and client service Deliverable include, but will not be limited to
\nAttend to incoming queries either telephonic or via email from both Brokers and Broker Clients
\nAssist with amendments to client\u2019s policies
\nProvide brokers with constant feedback on queries
\nAttend to QA corrections as identified by the QA department
\nCompetencies Required

\nAbove average computer literacy in MS Word and Excel
\nAbove average numeric skills
\nAnalytical
\nMust be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
