In 2011, his independent EP You Did Well, Kid was made available online. He has made his other singles available on the Internet for download. He won Converse\u2019s Get Out of the Garage competition in August 2012, earning him a gig at London\u2019s 100 Club and a recording session at Converse\u2019s New York studio.<\/p>\n

He signed to Only Music after winning the competition and released his second EP, Same Parts, Same Heart, in December 2012. \u201cSame Parts, Same Heart,\u201d a song from the EP, was included on the soundtrack of the film Leading Lady.<\/p>\n

Mole\u2019s debut studio album, The Home We Built, was recorded and released in 2013. Matthew Fink was in charge of the album\u2019s production.<\/p>\n

On the first day of his debut album\u2019s release, Mole became the first South African artist to debut at #1 on the iTunes SA chart. Male Artist of the Year, Best Pop Song, and Best Engineer of the Year were all nominated for the album (Matthew Fink). Mole was also nominated for the MK Awards for Best Newcomer.<\/p>\n

Run, his second album, was released in 2016, and Ghost, his third, was released in November 2019. Within three months of its release, Run was ranked number one on South Africa\u2019s iTunes, and the single \u201cRun\u201d was certified as gold.<\/p>\n

The album was nominated for Best Pop Album, Best Produced Album, and Record of the Year at the 23rd Annual South African Music Awards.<\/p>\n
