VUT Research\u2019s Submission & Extension Guidelines<\/h3>\n

The postgraduate courses that are offered at VUT are emphasized by the intense levels of research they require in order to be completed on time and at a high standard.<\/p>\n

Postgraduate research requires strict time management skills on part of the student as there are many hours involved in gathering information, evaluating the data and then reporting back on it.<\/p>\n

Postgraduate research also needs to be done by a student who is independent and who has the drive to complete this incredibly formidable task they have set for themselves.<\/p>\n

We believe that a postgraduate degree shows a student\u2019s dedication to a particular field, and also shows their discipline in working hard and their knowledge of a particular subject. These courses require the utmost perseverance and commitment from the students if they are to complete the course within the required time.<\/p>\n

The minimum required time to complete the course will be one year and the maximum time will be 4 years for Masters and 5 years for Doctorate studies.<\/p>\n

A student has to register each year for the duration of study of the Higher Degree.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
