\nWhat will you do?<\/p>\n
\nTo compile monthly\/quarterly and adhoc client reports according to client specifications, quality standards and within required timeframes
\nCompiling reports in a format that enable clients to understand the status, identify any issues\/concerns and to make informed decisions in respect of a retirement fund under Sanlam\u2019s administration
\nAnalysing & reviewing reported data to identify any discrepancies, investigate and resolve discrepancies. Ensure only valid issues\/concerns are reported to clients.
\nConduct continuous review of reports and identify opportunities for improvements with the aim of minimizing redundant reporting, developing of single source of truth where possible and driving automation opportunities
\nAbility to handle various data sources, accurate consolidation of data, using data modeling work to develop reporting capabilities and valuable insights across these data sources is key.
\nWork across functional lines (operational as well as client-facing teams) to ensure consistent and accurate data quality What will make you successful in this role?<\/p>\n
\nMinimum 3 years\u2019 EB industry experience
\nRelated tertiary qualification is essential
\nFinancial and IT industry knowledge would be advantageous
\nProficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
\nKnowledge and Skills
\nGood \/ excellent Excel skills (Formulas \/ Data tables & models \/ Macros etc.)
\nUnderstanding of retirement fund industry
\nStriata knowledge\/experience would be advantageous Personal Qualities
\nClient focused, continuous awareness to meet and exceed client requirements
\nAnalytical mind set with the ability to analyse data to identify trends and potential issues
\nAttention to detail and the ability to package information in a simple and understandable format
\nGood organisational and effective time management skills
