\nAbility to work well under pressure and adapt to change is essential
\nMaintain a log book ensuring the control of staff usage of all power tools
\nEnsure all activated alarms are recorded in the relevant log book
\nMaintain a clean and tidy working environment including related areas
\nAnswering of telephones and assist with the resolving of queries.<\/p>\n
\nEnsuring that all invoicing is up to date and sent to Finance timeously
\nEnsure Contractor invoices are correct, approved by the Technical Manager and sent through to Finance for payment
\nEnsure all contractors receive identity badges before commencing work within the hospital.
\nEnsure the Technical Manager is kelp abreast of staff\u2019s leave, sick leave or other
\nAssisting the technical Manager with administrative functions relating to the Technical services Department
\nEnsure critical orders are completed such as gas orders.<\/p>\n
