NACOSA promotes dialogue, builds capacity with accredited training, mentoring and technical assistance and channels resources to support service delivery on the ground, particularly among children and youth, key populations and women and girls.<\/p>\n<p>As a principal recipient of the Global Fund and in partnership with USAID and PEPFAR and other public and private sector partners, NACOSA works at all levels \u2013 from international agencies and national government, right though to sub-district services and small, community groups.<\/p>\n<p>NACOSA acts as a bridge between people and health and social services. NACOSA\u2019s programmes reach around 270,000 people affected by HIV, AIDS, TB and gender-based violence.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><b>Job Functions<\/b><\/div>\n<div>Monitoring &amp; Evaluation,Other<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><b>Industries<\/b><\/div>\n<div>Ngo \/ Non-Profit<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><b>Specification<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\nThe role<\/p>\n<p>The key performance areas of the role are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct thorough and extensive data verification of all data, including detailed checking of reported data against source documents, to ensure all data captured is accurate and valid<\/li>\n<li>Write reports and provide feedback on data quality issues detected<\/li>\n<li>Clean the raw data where needed in accordance with good data management practices<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the programmatic team, by implementing systems to improve data quality<\/li>\n<li>Review data on CBIMS and Google Consolidation Tool to identify and address any missing data, inconsistencies, discrepancies, or errors<\/li>\n<li>Assist sub awardee M&amp;E teams to assess and improve data quality<\/li>\n<li>Perform basic data analysis with the view to provide recommendations on improvement of data quality measures and controls<\/li>\n<li>Attend regular M&amp;E workshops, relevant staff enrichment training sessions, meetings and training courses as required<\/li>\n<li>Visit sites to verify data on a, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><b>Requirements<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\nRequirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Matric certificate<\/li>\n<li>Valid Driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Tertiary qualification in a related field will be highly advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1-2 years\u2019 experience in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>Advanced computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
