Ciro Beverage Solutions is the leading retail and food services supplier of premium ground coffee and beverage solutions to the out of home consumption market, and as such seeks top-caliber skills in this particular niche market. A challenging opportunity exists for a Stores Assistant to join the dynamic Ciro family at our Meadowdale site.
Duties and Responsibilities
Spares Inventory Management Out of Stock Hit Rate 98% monthly, send through all backorders from the regions to Stores Supervisor to update on the report. All urgent requests from the departments nationally, cross border, road technicians and workshop needs to be escalated to Stores Supervisor. All orders received must be completed within one day Issuing of spare parts to road technicians as well as workshop. The Parts that have been issued on works order to be transferred immediately as per SOP Policy Bin locations updated and item codes/descriptions to be clearly marked Cycle counts to be performed daily. 30 per day as per SOP Policy Stock levels on all consumables to be tracked daily to avoid stock-outs Proper Disposal plan for redundant spares that have been approved by the Manager Administration All invoices to be receipted on the same day. Stores Supervisor to be informed of any stock discrepancies on invoices As a backup, all local payment documentation submitted in time to meet supplier payment terms As a backup, all STO’s from the departments, cross border and other related documents to be filled accordingly Housekeeping Ensure that stores are neat & tidy as per management Ensure that all spares to be correctly packed in bins and aisle to be clear All chemicals and gases are to be stored with appropriate safety data sheets available

Experience Required
Minimum 2 years experience in a Spares environment
Minimum Qualifications Required
Matric/ Grade 12
Knowledge Required
Knowledge of Spares Computer Literate Work overtime as required from time to time
