National leader in centralized warehousing for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) requires an FMCG Warehouse Operations Administrator based in Samrand /Louwlardia
Only incumbents with FMCG Warehousing Experience will be considered for this position
Key to this position will be the following:
Ensuring that all-sufficient and correct supporting documents are available to substantiate all entries in the warehouse management system this includes proof of deliveries and credits.
Assist and controlling of stock movement, recording, and monitoring thereof.
Assist with and control inventory reconciliations in accordance with company policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy of the warehouse management system and other principal systems.
Plan, action and control the driver shorts debt collection process for the company as well as third party distributors and transporters through a centralised system in order to maximise recoveries on stock shortages and damages.
Customer-orientated in resolving any stock or administrative queries.
Ad-hoc quality checks.
Compiling performance statistics for sub-departments and monitoring of such.
Controller function for the processing, general admin, document control, and debriefing departments
The minimum requirement for this position
Grade 12 with Clear Criminal Record
the willingness to compete a Polygraph Assessment
at least 3 years relevant FMCG Warehouse Operations Admin experience
Experience in Warehouse Management Systems
Own reliable transport
