Full Job Description
Job Summary:
Ensure full understanding and implementation of the trace and collection process.
Use effective search and trace techniques to locate a debtor.
Evaluate and verify the information received.
Follow written and or oral instructions to ensure successful application of the business and trace processes.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Tracing of absconded debtors
Track down and pinpoint the debtor’s most recent contact and employment details.
The tracing agents should be devoted to the art of tracing people and be able to locate even the most elusive of individuals and “gone away”.
Must be fluent in English and one additional language.
The ability to speak one or more African languages will be advantageous.
Availability to work weekends when required.
Excellent telephonic and written skills
Excellent communication and Negotiation skills both written and verbal
Minimum 1-year debt collection and tracing experience
Administrative skills including the use of Trace Software
Preparing correspondence and record keeping on our system
High attention to detail and accuracy when performing data entry.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
Ability to use social media as a trace tool

Required qualifications: Matric and any Tertiary Education will be an advance
