Intern – NetSuite Training Programme
Location: Johannesburg and Cape Town
Overview: The Internship is a 23-month structured program that focuses on building technical expertise in NetSuite. During the 1st year, all interns will undergo comprehensive training, gaining a strong foundation in NetSuite’s core functionalities and processes. In the second year, interns will have the opportunity to specialise in either the technical or functional stream, each with its own set of specialised skills and requirements.
Duties: The training programme includes rotations across various departments within BlueBridge One, Global Services Departments (Support, Implementation, and Customer Success). Throughout each phase, you will receive extensive support, including coaching, shadowing, and access to both internal and external training opportunities. Your assigned buddy, mentor, and line manager will be there to guide you and support your development. Upon completion of the 23-month training, you will be assessed on your ability to fast-track within the specific career path.
Requirements: Recent graduates (2023/2024) with a Degree (or above) in: Accounting, Business, Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Intern – Sales Training Programme
Location: Cape Town
Overview:Â This role will provide hands-on experience across the full sales cycle, starting from lead generation to pre-sales activities and supporting new business development. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop key skills in client engagement, relationship management, and sales strategy.
Duties: Research to identify new business opportunities and potential leads within target industries. Engage in outbound prospecting through email campaigns, social media, and calls to generate interest and schedule meetings. Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed information about potential clients and track lead activity. Assist in gathering client requirements during discovery calls and help prepare pre-sales documentation. Support the creation of tailored proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations in collaboration with the sales team. Coordinate technical and pre-sales follow-up activities, ensuring alignment between client needs and proposed solutions. Participate in the development of client proposals and presentations, ensuring they address the client’s needs and objectives. Assist in client meetings and negotiations, learning the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Support the preparation of sales contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Track the progress of sales opportunities through the pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates. Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts to monitor team performance and business growth. Help maintain the CRM database by updating client information and recording sales activities.
