Brain eBox Internship Program 2022 Application Details
Brain eBox is looking for a Learning and Development Intern. There’s a R7,000 monthly stipend. An undergraduate Degree in Humanities is preferred but they will consider any other Degree.

Our mission is to partner with HR, L&D and Business Leaders, to help them develop training solutions that give their teams the skills they need to thrive! Brain eBox works with clients across various industries, and is an accredited training provider with the Services Seta. Brain eBox is a female, black and queer-owned small business.
Brain eBox seeks to appoint an L&D Intern to join our team.
The role would be suited to a individual with an undergraduate degree in Humanities, who has a strong interest in specializing in the Training / Learning and Development portfolio within Human Resources.
It is very important to understand that this role will involve you working independently on course design / writing assignments every day. You will have minimal interaction with others (1 hour per day on average), and so this role is suited to an individual who enjoys working independently and is naturally goal-orientated and focused.
This is a remote position but candidate must be based in Cape Town and surrounds. You will receive a stipend which is R7000 (R 6725.00 + R275.00 internet allowance) and training will be provided.
You will start on 1 November.
- Undergraduate Degree in Humanities preferred (any other Degree will be considered)
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Excellent research skills
- You are a real go-getter, with a positive attitude and a hunger for achievement
- You are comfortable with ambiguity, but you are willing to ask for help, roll up your sleeves and figure it out
- Since we work fully remote, an essential requirement will be that you have evidence of a strong, reliable Wi-Fi internet connection as well as a space where you will be able to work from in a focused manner
- You must be based in Cape Town and surroundings as we will meet in person on an ad hoc basis when required
