Job Descriptions
Duties include:
- Receiving and dispatching of all repairs. All repairs must be booked in on the day it is received
- Invoicing of repairs and tracking of EFT payments made to the Service Centre
- Daily accountability of repairs made ready for collection and not collected
- Receiving of parts and allocating them to their respective repairs. This includes Syspro admin (receiving and returning spares to and from their respective warehouses)
- Daily error checking and ensuring that Filemaker is kept up to date and accurate at all times
- Answering of the telephone in a professional manner and resolving customer queries
- Stock counts and stationery
- General housekeeping
Core Group candidates may be subjected to pre employment tests.
Requirements:
- Matric
- 3 years practical experience in an administrative position
- Strong administrative skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer service orientated
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Computer literate
