Below are the important notes for all candidates applying to study at the College of Transfiguration (COTT) for the 2026 intake.

• All applicants MUST complete all sections of the application form carefully. If the College discovers that any information submitted by the applicant is false, it will reject that application and may refer the matter for legal action.
• The application fee is R100 nonrefundable and a late application fee of R200 will be charged for applications submitted after the submission deadline.
• There is no closing date for applications, but prospective students should always ensure that applications are made before the commencement of the academic year they wish to study. Where not possible or the qualifications are oversubscribed, the application will be considered for the next academic year.
• The application form should be ACCOMPANIED by an applicant’s motivational letter and a referee letter as well as any other applicable documentation
• All applicants MUST attach, with this form, scanned CERTIFIED copies of all qualifications/certificates referred to in the application including I.D. cards. Upon acceptance, the student will need to bring the hard CERTIFIED copies thereof.
• All applicants must endorse in the DECLARATION section of this application form that they have understood the notes given above and that they agree to their application being considered under the conditions outlined above.
• The College does not have middlemen working on its behalf in the Admissions process.
