Debtors Clerk Application Details 2023
Mr Price Money is hiring for a Debtors Clerk to be based in Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa, and applications are invited.
Job purpose
To keep an accurate and up-to-date record of Mr Price cellular subscribers’ accounts on the Payjoy system and Network debtors, including payments made and overdue payments, credits, and refunds.
Key Responsibilities
Maintains routine and accurate bookkeeping of debtors by performing daily reconciliations of sales per accounting system to the Payjoy system, banking
Capturing credit notes and refunds, and raising of debtors’ balances for accuracy and to ensure the end-to-end of the entire process.
Ensures systems supporting age analysis are complete and timeously updated and recon is performed for all network debtors, pay joy & other debtors.
Ensure any admin fee is accounted for accurately.
Requirements
- Grade: 12.
- Finance degree or diploma
- 3-5 Years’ Experience as a Debtors Clerk.
- Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Computer Literacy.
