Duties And Responsibilities
Facilitate and implement the recruitment, selection, and placement process which include but are not limited to, advertising vacant positions, screening Cvs and shortlisting, conducting interviews.
Coordinating employer branding rollouts and projects such as Employee Value Proposition
Coordinating and providing guidance for candidate networking activities
Maintain personnel records/information in accordance with the applicable laws as well as the company’s policies and procedures.
Induct and onboard new employees
Deploying global internal communication initiatives and activities for subsidiaries
Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company
Support and assist in the implementation of HR interventions
Conduct exit interviews
Employee experience analysis
Facilitate and coordinate skills development initiatives
Facilitate/coordinate employee wellness initiatives
Perform any other duty as assigned
Preparing all the reports for Head office
Qualifications And Experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Completed Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management
Strong systems knowledge
SAP experience is essential
