About the Elangeni TVET College Graduate Internships

This Graduate Internship Programme is a collaboration between Elangeni TVET College and the Education, Training and Development Practices Sector Education and Training Authority (ETDP SETA). It aims to provide five unemployed graduates with valuable on-the-job development in technical, professional, and public-service skills. The programme is designed to help graduates gain practical experience, which can significantly improve their chances of securing employment in the formal job market.

The internships will run for a duration of 24 months, offering a structured learning environment. Available Graduate Internship Fields

Programme Duration and Location

The internship programme will run for a total of 24 months. All internships are based at the Elangeni TVET College Central Office in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be South African citizens.
• Be between 18 and 35 years old.
• Have completed Matric (Senior Certificate).
• Have completed a relevant Diploma at NQF Level 6.
• Be unemployed graduates.
• Meet the specific qualification requirements for the chosen internship field.
• Be interested in skills development, education, and training.
• Be available to start on 01 August 2026.
• Submit a complete and signed application before the closing date and time.

No previous work experience is required for this programme.

Driver’s Licence

While not a mandatory requirement, a valid driver’s licence will be considered an advantage. Applicants who possess a driver’s licence should include this information in their CV.

Internship Application Closing Date

Internship Commencement Date
