Job Description
Vacancies exist for a Creditors clerk . The position will report to the Financial Manager.
Skills required
Analytical, efficacy, accuracy, discretion, go getter, able to work independently, team player
Coding and Capturing of invoices for the month
Subcontractors invoices – uploads for payment
Analysing of margins
Reconciling and paying suppliers/subbies as per their contractual terms
Clearing of creditor payments
Request for updated and valid company documents (BEE/Tax/banking details) ensuring compliance
Updating and maintaining Housekeeping
Dealing with daily queries – internal and external
Accrue for invoices not received, but billed on statement
Requesting approvals for costs from respective branch managers
